<p>For the sake of keeping lore violations to a min. We're doing something yet to happen but we all know will hapen, in TES, The 2nd Great War, This assumes the Thieve's Guild was restored to its former glory, Wuuthrad was reforged, The Incident with the Eye of Magnus happened and that the Penitus Occulatus exterminated the Dark Brotherhood. Oh and that the Main Quest was completed and that the Imperial Legion won the civil war. (Due to my personal prefference, Hail the Empire.) Now. For the story.
</p><p>The Empire managed to convince Hammerfell to rejoin after revealing their plan to start a 2nd war with the Thalmor, the Thalmor at the time were preparing the same...
</p><p>The Thieve's guild has spread their reach to 5 of four holds, Windhelm,Solitude,Markarth,Riften and Whiterun.
</p><p>As Emperor Titus Mede II predicted, the Dark Brotherhood could not be killed, and recently in Elsewyr a sanctuary was formed by a claimant Listener.
</p><p>The Companions all enlisted as a mini-legion in the Imperial Army as part of a deal with the Empire and Harbinger.
</p><p>The College continues to train young mages in Destruction and other schools of magic, however, their new Arch-Mage, a Altmer from the Summer Isles. motives are unknown...
</p><p>The Dovakhiin, Dragonborn, is now 54, and resides on the Throat of the World, he had a child contrary to what the scrolls expected, his son has been learning with the Greybeards for 14 years now.
</p><p>Paarthurnax flies around the world with many other Dragons creating an extension of the Greybeards in Cyrodiil while of course remaining in as much hiding as possible.
</p><p>Now that we're done with the story, army sizes,
</p><p>1 Legion = 30,000 men.
</p><p>Skyrim, Skyrim supplies 2 legions. One lead by General Tullius the other lead by Hadvar.
</p><p>Cyrodiil. Cyrodiil supplies 2 legions one lead by the new emperor, Emperor Titus Mede III, the other, by Ralof (An odd surprise)
</p><p>Hammerfell supplies 1 legion lead by General Sadina
</p><p>Highrock supplies a mage filled legion lead by Battlemage Jaran (pronounced Yar-an)
</p><p>So a total of 180,000
</p><p>The High Elves have 200,000
</p>

<p>The Dragons touch down in the Argonian capital and are quickly surrounded by Argonians in steel armor with steel swords and there's one with orcish armor and an orcish greatsword he steps forward "READY!" the men draw their swords and block with their steel shields. You quickly notice the archers on the rooftops... "Weapons down. Dragons still."

You'll see. Let's just say the Nerevarine has a history. Along with the fact that Blackmarsh is hostile to basically everyone.
