Lorica Laminata

The most coveted of Atmoran armors, the lorica laminata is worn by the Servios alone among the legions. The first layer is a four-layer black silk tunic. Over this is a mail shirt, and a cuirass of hardened crucible steel, coated with white lacquer. The lower legs are protected by greaves and sabatons of the same. The gauntlets are leather gloves with a ray-skin bottom side, and again the white lacquered steel in scales on top of the fingers and in a plate on the back of the hand. The helmet is, again, the same material, in the former of a barbute.
